It may take us a bit of time to adjust the settings, so we can load our Avatars to our profiles.

When you go to load your new Avatar, you may notice this site allows two photos. One is your Profile photo (Not sure what that one is for yet) and the other is your Avatar. Please click the Change Avatar button to photo that's going to go beside all your posts.

I can see no where in the area you say to go where word the word "avatar" shows. It says 'profile picture', but no 'avatar'.

When you go to your profile, do you see a blue pen beside your name?

Can confirm with Smiles. Nowhere for us plebs to upload an avatar -- only profile photo.

Yes, so far this is true. I'll see if I can add the option. I was able to change mine, but through my Administration Panel.

I believe I have fixed the settings now to allow you to load your Avatar. The maximum size is 80 X 80 and 20 000 bytes.

Just for your info: when I first tried inserting Mr Tarantino (abut 2 hrs ago) the option drop-down looked like this ...

It was the simple click of a switch in user group permissions.
You're going to have to edit your signature image a bit.

There is a blue pen, but only in the "Friend" option. Right now all the other options are pen-less.

Your signature format needs some adjusting.
