When I lived in Singapore in the late 50s early 60s each side of our street had a covered storm drain approx. five and a halt foot deep, so when we had big storms , we had none of the flooding which appears in Pattaya .The thais appear hopeless in fixing roads, street lights drains or any thing of that nature, Any one got any ideas why that is so
