I just learned (message on hornet) of this event Dec 31st - Jan 2nd
http://whitepartybangkok.com/events/

(Not at all my style - singing, dancing, drinking, loud music I assume - and rather expensive as well: 1850 THB when bought in advance, 2250 door price; but others might be interested. But I will check hornet and gayromeo, maybe some flotsam and jetsam will end in my room.)

Latin will happily pay 2000 baht to go to a party but only 4-500 to someone he's "ridden like a pony.' Apparently. Which one would you like us to believe Latin?

I'm totally not into circuit parties... I've been to them dozens of times. My boyfriend loves them.... but he's 25 and has the body of an adonis.

"New Years" -- plural?
Did you mean New Year's Eve or New Year's Day? or both?

I wondered about the plural, too. I copied headline from their website.

In the US, we often call it, "New Years"...... as shorthand for both New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.... just, "What are your plans for New Years?"

It's more likely that some people from the US don't know how to use an apostrophe.
