Very sad news from The Balcony that part owner Peter Morgan has died. HIs friendly welcome was always high on my list, 1st night every visit to Bangkok.

Peter was my dear dear friend.
Like so many, I will miss him so much. So soon after the event, I can't find words to say how much.
Balcony sent a newsletter with the sad news to all of it's members last night.
The staff will be devastated at the loss.
Peter's main interests in life were Balcony and his son Matthew; he was there every afternoon and most nights. Always with a friendly greeting for everyone.
My sympathies to friends, family (especially Matthew), staff and management at Balcony.

Peter Morgan died from a heart attack on the morning of Tuesday 27th October 2015.
The cremation of Peter MorganтАЩs body will be at 2.00pm on Friday 30th October 2015. It will take place at Wat Khlong Toey Nai, Kasem Rat Road, Khlong Toey, Bangkok.
This will be followed by a memorial service at ChristтАЩs Church, Convent Road, Bangkok at 4.00pm on Monday 2nd November 2015.
