I have just been informed this week that our agent that we use to look after and rent out our condo has gone belly up. Northern Thai Reality based over the road from the Royal Garden Plaza. As we only get over to Pattaya once a year for a couple of weeks we rely on the help of property agents to keep things ticking over. I would really be grateful for some advice from people living in Pattaya is this the signs of things to come in the property market? Are you aware of other companies struggling? We choose NT because it was established and had a good reputation. Any help would be greatly received. :((
