Anyone stayed at the Salathai resort (near the Paradise complex in Patong, Phuket)? It is gay friendly (or at least gay tolerant)? Due to stay there early July.

Not necessarily. The hotel listings you saw that on are in the main Phuket.com pages (with all the other hotels). The "Gay" part of Phuket.com is only a one-pager on a much larger website and lists only 2 hotels ( Baan Yin Dee Resort & Club Bamboo ) as "gay-friendly" (whatever that means).
