I think I may have had a juice or 2 at that place, but I've never considered it for anything more than a place to sit till my cup is empty.

Great ad ,Bondi should be congratulated. It is not open slather. The ad states selected rooms and the offer is balanced against food and drink.

The usual back room tenant, probably goes to the beach or to Jomtien for both Good thinking by Bondi. I hope it succeeds.

If I was going to be in Thailand during the month of September I would use one of their rooms on special offer to put up a friend from Bangkok for a few nights.

Are they giving 800 baht per day or 800 baht per stay? If it is per day, as someone else said, they must be desperate. I stayed there a few nights in April and they seemed to be doing okay.

It's 800 baht PER DAY...
They are NOT desperate...just savvy marketing IMHO

Fine on site owner managed...
Good food and drink...

Fun as you like...close to the baht bus to all of Pattaya for 10 - 20 baht.
Enjoy...

What about the food , if I want to book in September and the food tastes terrible I just wasted my money.

Loke, the food is good.
Their all day breakfast is 120 Thai baht...a very good one with 2 eggs, toast, beans, orange juice & coffee.
The sandwiches are very good...as is their Thai food.
Good coffees, tea, and beverages to your liking.
Special attention as you like.
The promotion is a bargain in my opinion.

I forgot to add the good 2 slices of bacon to the Bondi breakfast described above...

Bondi is a restaurant /bar that is on the beach. You walk past it on the way to the gay beach. If you come by cycle you usually will exit the cycle outside ,or just past it.
Meals are served all day It has rooms upstairs. Boys are friendly but you cannot take a staff member off during working hours.

To me it was a pleasure most trips to go to Bondi for breakfast, then wander to the gay beach mid to late morning

If you are looking for a massage near there, Bamboo Bar is an off bar. It is about 40 meters before the beach road to Jomtien.

I've heard a rumour that Bondi is for sale.
Could Traveller Jim confirm yes/no.
If yes; what's for sale (lease?), how much etc.
If not; apologies.
One can take a room for a short time tryst if one has a hot partner one can't take home. Nice rooms too.

50% ownership is for sale...per latest info.
Colin still will be the other 50%..has been the owner manager.
You will get continued fine service with Colin at the helm.

Colin indicates the SPECIAL 800 Thai baht room with 800 THb in Free food
and drink is ALSO available for August and September...
Be sure to ask for the 800 Thai baht special when you talk to Colin for reservations.
