Ladyboy bars

On my next trip a friend of mine want to try pattaya for his first trip, One of the things he wants to check out is the ladyboy bars .As it not my scene can any one tell me where he should head for , he does not want to pick up from the street ie freelancers , but would prefer bars etc

Do you mean, Kathoey bars?

I'm not sure what soi / alley they are all on, but there are quite a few around the Pattaya 1 to Pattaya 4 area from Pattayasaison Road to Beach Road.
I usually pass them by when I'm walking back to Beach Road from Big C.

The best by far is Sensations bar on Action street as well as Obsessions on Soi 13/4 (although Obsessions can be a little expensive), La Bamba on Soi13/1, Lita Bar Soi BJ (soi2), there are others around and you friend can get a list from http://www.ladyboyspattaya.com/ (a ladyboy forum for Pats)

LB bars seem to be slowly migrating towards Soi Buakhao (Sensations, Pook, Baby-B). There are also a few in Walking Street. North side of Soi Six is increasingly LB bars. If you walk down Soi Honey and Soi Honey 2 you will also find plenty of LB's in the lady bars. There are also LB bars in the beer bar area next to the Made in Thailand shops. There were a few attempts in Sunee/Day-Night, but those never seem to last long.
