As the Singapore LGBT community prepares for its annual Pink Dot celebration (last year 26,000 attended), the iron fist of the government has once again slammed down by banning a Taiwanese hit song and music video "We're all the same". As the Media Development Authority's mandate states -


Music associated with drugs, alternative lifestyles (e.g. homosexuality) or the worship of the occult or the devil should not be broadcast.
