A few years ago there was a web site featuring the gay scene as it happened on the peak hour trains to and from Tokyo, 1st and last carriages. That web site has ceased top exist, does anyone know of another one that is similar?

Danny, I don't know of any website devoted to gay encounters on the rush-hour trains in Tokyo. However, I spent 32 years in Japan and have spent a lot of time commuting on those trains. So perhaps I'll do a Gay Sex on Tokyo Trains report here....lol

I don't know whether or not you've ever experienced rush-hour in Tokyo, but the crush inside the train is unbelievable; so much so that once you get on you have to assume a certain position knowing that you'll be standing like that for the entire journey.

There is a technique involved here. Look for a cute guy while you're on the platform and get on with him. This often involves you missing a couple of trains as you manoeuvre close to him. Once you get on, you immediately put your hands in front of your crotch and then wait, facing him. If you have your hands on any other position you're stuffed, as you won't be able to move them.

As the train lurches from side to side you "accidentally" brush your hand against his crotch. If he's interested he'll reciprocate. Even if he isn't interested you can still brush your hands against his cock much as you want, as he won't be able to move out of the way. (I personally wouldn't do that if he's not interested.)

If you're a foreigner you'll have no trouble finding a guy willing to grope you, even though he's not gay. Japanese are incredibly curious about foreigners' cocks and use the opportunity afforded by the fact that there's no escape to have a feel of the goods. But you have to be in a certain age bracket for best results.

So it starts off with the "accidental" touch. If you don't resist, it will develop into a full - on grope.

One thing you must always remember is not to make eye contact; just enjoy and look the other way, pretending nothing is happening. Also, because the train is so crowded you often don't know who is groping you, as they are also looking the other way and you can't look down to see whose hand it is. (or whose hands they are if you're lucky!)

Is true that there used to be lots of gay encounters in the last and first carriages but this may not still be the case, as these days they have women-only carriages during rush-hour, and one of them is normally the first carriage.

But I've been groped in all carriages, not just the last or first. But it doesn't have to be rush -hour; one of the best times to have a bit of fun on the train is late at night when the train is full of drunk, horny young workers coming home after a night out. They have lost their inhibitions and just go for it. Again, they are probably straight and just curious.

Over the years, especially when I was a teenager, I met lots of horny gay guys this way on the train, three or for times a week. I didn't have to do anything - they sought me out. One I realised they were gay, I'd make eye contact and we'd chat while having a good feel. On many occasions I was invited to get off at his station and go to his apartment, something I did numerous times.

How times have changed. I can't remember the last time I was groped by a hot young guy - once you're, say, 35 or so they lose interest. Oh, well. Such is (gay) life in Japan!

In the old days, gays used trains and certain cinemas in and around Tokyo to hook up. These days they've got a lot more options so maybe the trains no longer serve that purpose.

And maybe that's why the website is no longer there.

And one more thing. If you manage to get a seat you'll find that the crotch of the guy standing in front of you is right at face level. Very interesting when the train goes around a bend!

Another of many examples of Japanese not "knowing" what they know only too well!

Yep. The Japanese have looking the other way (literally in this case) down to a fine art.

It's all a game - we all know how to play it and we are well aware of the rules.

And fun ensures.

Compare to Bangkok buses:

In about 500 bus rides, I made eye contact with one boy who seemed interested. But there are often cute boys on buses. Sometimes there is only standing space (no fun without aircon), just a few days ago I stood next to two cute boys on the bus (not by chance, I navigated my way towards them), but they didn't notice me looking at them (I was behind them). You can brush your hand against butt or body or get insight down shirt collar, even putting my hand on shoulder went unnoticed. But I wouldn't push it any further.

Japanese gay porn is a perfect illustration: they can be humping like mechanical rabbits but the humpee avoids eye contact with the humper 99% of the time. The Japanese can get incredibly kinky when it comes to sex, but even the oddest array of positions, toys, stirrups, tie downs, butt plugs, etc etc elicits not a note of human attachment nor an acknowledgement that someone else is doing very dramatic things to you. They are noisy enough, but the eyes are mostly closed.
Even the money shot is more often than not, restrained.

Whilst I agree this was very much the norm in older Japanese porn - older in terms of both date of manufacture and the age of the performers, I believe it is far less true today. A wander around a couple of the Ni-chome porn shops and a sampling of some of the vdos makes it clear there is now a goodly number featuring guys around their early-mid 20s with a lot of seeming chemistry between them and a great deal of eye contact. These make the performers vastly more 'human'. Now if only they'd get rid of that damn pixilation . . . !

What I've noticed about Japanese porn is how incredibly scrunched up in pain the faces of the passive partners always are (and sometimes of the active ones too). You wouldn't think there was any pleasure involved at all. Perhaps pain does equal pleasure in the Japanese psyche.

The incremental production costs to do an additional pixelation free export version must be negligible. Then they can open up additional overseas markets.

More Blue Ray would be welcome too.

I do not believe most of that "pain" is real. It's purely an act. There is indeed a strong S/M undercurrent in the Japanese psyche and the gay vdos play to that.

I find with more recent releases the pixelation is all but negligible. Producers are clearly stretching the boundaries to see how far they can go.

As for overseas markets, unfortunately for those overseas who like to indulge in such fantasies (and some really cute guys), there is such a huge market within Japan and the prices charged for these vdos (┬е12,000 or $100 is about the norm for newish ones) result in such massive profits there is simply no incentive for all but a few producers to bother with exporting. The additional cost would be minimal but the distribution costs to cover relatively small markets in a relatively small number of countries would substantially reduce any additional profits. No doubt there is also a concern that unpixelated versions would quickly find their way onto internet sites, become popular in Japan and be a further dent in profits from domestic sales. At least that's my view.
