Absolutely nothing as far as I can see. If you're referring to Gaybutton posting - so what, he's as entitled as anyone is to post as he sees fit ? Whats your point ?

Answer: Is it someone took the picture with a camera, when the snipping tool or ctrl-prt-screen would take a better quality pic more quickly?

LOL... you took a photo of your computer screen using your phone, then uploaded that photo to the internet, just to make this post?

There's nothing wrong with the picture, or the BREAKING NEWS!!! you seem to think you've discovered.

Many times over the years I've noticed that on any given day, for part of the day, Gaybutton's handle has coincidentally come up as 'Last Post' on each of the forums, all at the same time. The minute someone else posts (i.e. NOT Gaybutton) then the picture will be different.
Big deal ... Gaybutton has been writing huge numbers of posts on his own board for years now. I doubt he'll ever change his MO and he himself would probably agree that he posts far more messages than most message board Administrators. Centuries ago I thought the volume he posts was a bit overdone, but I don't care anymore: as said above, it's his board to do with as he wishes. (Though I wish he would stop editing members posts and wielding that childish hammer). C'est la vie.

MFAS ... are you banned from Gaybutton, or just choosing not to post there?

Wrong? wrong? There would only be something wrong if it WASN'T a line of gaybutton last posts!

The minute someone else posts (i.e. NOT Gaybutton) then the picture will be different.
A different picture perhaps......but not for long! The flaw in this line of logic/thought is the fact that as soon as someone else i.e. NOT gaybutton does post then it is immediately answered by gaybutton whether he has anything of value to add, or if indeed he has any knowledge on the subject or not.......add in very frequent interjections to state-the-bleedin-obvious and patronisingly scold the children when they don't agree with his every utterance and it all leads to a line of last posts by gaybutton!.

Disagreeing with him is not tolerated..as that is clearly an attack on the regime, and so a picture of a line of last posts where gaybutton does not have the 'last word' in every category would probably look very 'odd' indeed.

Why anybody should be surprised at Gaybutton's prolific postings I don't know.

Since the days that he ran his escort agency from the gaybutton.com website he has always seen the need to be prominent on the forums whether or not he has anything worth listening to or not.

" ... A different picture perhaps......but not for long! The flaw in this line of logic/thought is the fact that as soon as someone else i.e. NOT gaybutton does post then it is immediately answered by gaybutton ... "
Not a flaw at all. I said: " ... Gaybutton has been writing huge numbers of posts on his own board for years now. I doubt he'll ever change his MO and he himself would probably agree that he posts far more messages than most message board Administrators ... " That should cover it I think.
Whether he posts as the lead on a thread or whether he posts in response to other posts doesn't really matter. Bottom line is that his handle shows up in the forum lists and the posting lists far more than any other board Admin, thus, frequently, the handle itself is plastered all over the place.
Undaunted seems to think it's a big hairy deal, and I do not.

My issue with Gaybutton has always been the neurotic over-moderation of members' posts ... not the number of posts he makes.

The flaw remains with his members that allow themselves to be patronized, intimidated and treated as children.

No, I think the members are there by choice, by their own choice and your constant tears over how you feel you've been treated over there are your own.
If you really want to post everything you think you haven't been allowed to post...be it here or there, then start your own Board!

Thanks for your post Surfcast. Firstly I didn't complain about my treatment "over there" and praise your fair moderation style. At a time I enjoyed my time spent "over there". I rarely agree with newalaan2, however this time his post encapsulates my opinion perfectly, and yes as with most everything everyone has a right to his opinion at least over here, I've said all I have to say on the subject.

The Thailand forum is by far the most popular. In fairness, GB posts mostly about Pattaya topics where he lives and the bars. He has strong opinions just like the OP and as we see below he not necessarily the last post.

Frankly MFAS, it's a mystery why you said it at all.

Also MFAS, quite a few of the posts on GB are ongoing reports on this or that so it's not really fair to complain that GB is having the last word when in fact what he's doing is updating the members on the latest information. Is it. In fact there are times when the latest post is almost a 'live broadcast'.
