A number of local gays that visit Thailand and live close to me, have raised this as there had been statements that Pattaya would introduce their own retired facility. I have seen little in the forums the last year or so . So have things quietly died out.
Are there still plans for a similar village in Pattaya?

Perhaps they've done their research properly and decided a brothel like Pattaya isn't the best place to locate a retirement village

To LonelyWombat: what exactly are " ... LGBTI caged facilities ... ". We do indeed know a number of lesbians who most certainly should be caged (Marti being one of them :-B ) ... and way before they are retired.
