I am returning to Thailand in March, whilst I like Tarntawan Place, I have noticed that the Pinnacle Hotel has been mentioned on this forum a fair bit and their superior rooms look much better value than Tarntawan place, all be it I appreciate that the location is not quite as convenient for the bars - are they OK if you bring a visitor back and does any one have any experience staying there?

I am also looking for a gay friendly hotel in Phuket, ideally in Patong with a pool (and gym for my friend!) any advise welcome?

post293098.html#p293098 (http://sawatdeenetwork.com/forum/post293098.html#p293098) is about the most recent post on the Pinnacle Lumphini. Lots of other stuff on that hotel as well as Patong hotels, just use the search feature ... search.php?keywords=patong+hotels&terms=all&author=&fid%5B%5D=9&sc=1&sf=all&sr=posts&sk=t&sd=d&st=0&ch=300&t=0&submit=Search (http://sawatdeenetwork.com/forum/search.php?keywords=patong+hotels&terms=all&author=&fid%5B%5D=9&sc=1&sf=all&sr=posts&sk=t&sd=d&st=0&ch=300&t=0&submit=Search)
Not sure if a joiner fee happens at Pinnacle, although I tend to doubt it: gay folks are ~ as a subset ~ one of the Pinnacles' main sources of revenue. The breakfast buffet room is usually adrift with farangs and the Thai guy they offed the night before.
