building site on Jomtien complex

Is there any building work on the complex at the moment? I have stayed there twice and both time had a building site 30 metres from my room. I will go to pattaya first week of December.

The construction site near Tapas is still active but it is hit or miss if they are actually working. Many construction sites close down during the holiday period.
