Cant find the website for Rush (soi 48 Sukhumvit). Only a Thai facebook of limited info. Will visit but maybe waste of time. Did anyone go to blu in Sala Daeng? I did not have much success at Farose or 39 or Out (Sukhothai) in the last week although Bangkok 10 and The Beach in Khon K were good. As was GG. Out sauna in C Mai closed. Men Factory "show" continues to be appalling. Never mind will keep trying.

Latest entry on facebook is from May, not a good sign. I would call them before I go. No phone number on facebook, maybe there was one on their website.

Haven't been to dblu again, there was one other customer when I visited (last year?), and reports elsewhere were not enticing.

found it confusing to find, but directions above are better than website. Very glam sauna but maybe a bit too cool. Plenty of fit guys but mostly walking and not much action. Maybe I am too old for them but the sleazier places are more for me. A good addition to the large BKK sauna scene.

does anyone know about these saunas - Mix Man (may not be a sauna. near Dem Mon), Zuga House Ram 46, Absolute Ram 53 / Lat Prao 112 and Rush soi 48. Maybe they did not last long after openings eg Zuga House has no entries on FB after August.
Also, I was told that over the river in Tak Sin soi 4 there is a gay internet caf├й with a bit more than internet. However, soi 4 is long.

This was the website address of Dblu originally, but it now shows no pretence at being a sauna, just a massage service, with obvious leanings towards straight customers: https://sites.google.com/site/dblusilom/home

Heard of all these places.

Two weeks ago, walked from Ladprao 112 to Ramkhamhaeng 53 because I was in the area, was on the lookout for Absolute but couldn't find it (long soi, didn't have detailed location, so that just means there is no large sign visible from 112 or 53).

Well, at least it's not just Farang owned bars in Pattaya that open, close, change owners or name more frequently than I change my underwear, it's Thai places as well.

MxMan has closed ages ago.
ZUGA is fairly new and in that ''concrete factory'' modrn style, it replaces 2 older sauna's (both now closed) in that area, 1 was about opposite.
Rush opened-or as supposed to in SUKHUMVIT (just a soi makes no sense in BKK) 48, just before R3 opened, in that same soi is/was already another gaysau. I guess it could not compete with all that-but check yourself-the alternative should be closeby. The (probably on FB) ''site'' for Absolute clearly shows a map with side-sidesoi. Otherwise just hire a motocy at baksoi,.
In short: it mostly makes no sense asking about obscure faraway sauna's, as chances that someone here has just been are zil to minimal and impressions are very time-sensitive, as well as personal.
Our dear Chris even omitted to proudly tell that on his christianpfc.blogspot.nl he had just made a list of all known to be open now sauna's in greater BKK. IF soneone has the time+stamina-a job likened by all would be to try to visit them all and make reports. The BMTA also offers 7-day buspasses to facilitate transport.

Now that you mention it, my list of all gay saunas currently in operation (have been to only half of them, others from internet) with indication of location:

http://www.christianpfc.blogspot.com/20 ... aunas.html (http://www.christianpfc.blogspot.com/2014/08/bangkok-gay-saunas.html)

BMTA has indeed 7-day and monthly passes, they are 200 and 800 Baht if I recall correctly, here my expense recording comes in handy, for June I spent 275.5 Baht for bus, doing 28 trips; i.e. it's cheaper than monthly pass.

Absolute is high on my list. Facebook page has no directions or map, their website www.absolutesaunabkk.com (http://www.absolutesaunabkk.com) is inaccessible, but in archive there is a copy with location details:

https://web.archive.org/web/20131111110 ... ntact.html (https://web.archive.org/web/20131111110952/http://www.absolutesaunabkk.com/contact.html)

I think it does make sense to explore more then just the money side of farang sex life. Afterall that would mean ignoring 99% of thai gay life. Unless you only want to be one of the short time visitors who think "they really do enjoy sex with me" gosh and like hookers all over the world, sell attitude.
