Not sure who you are thinking about Joe, but the man on the right of the photo is Dmitry Medvedev the former President of Russia and the current Prime Minister of Russia. Although he does bear a striking resemblance to George Osborne, the Chancellor of the Exchequer in the UK. Maybe they are twins and were separated at birth.
