As for prominent ears, I have only noticed that on one Thai person. However there are other famous non-Thais with prominent ears such as President Obama, Prince Charles and Pope Francis.

I don't pay much attention to ears, if my date has two that's fine for me; one or three, I would notice.

The only dick with spots I know if is "spotty dick" Farang in porn movies with Thai boys. But many have bent dicks when erect.
