Remembering this bar from years ago when it was one of the best in town, I decided to venture back in last night, there were maybe 10 boys on stage, but with-in 2 minutes of getting my drink, the mamasan sits next to me...
Mamasan: which boy you like?
Me: I've been here like 2 minutes, I will let you know when I am ready
Mamasan: you like boy?
Me: Please let me look and I will let you know
Mamasan: You pay boy 3000 short time, 10000 long time, ok?
Me: yeh whatever
Mamasan: which boy you like?
Me: Please go away
Mamasan: where you come from?
Me: look I want to see the boys, please go away
Mamasan: what your name?
Me: either go away or i leave
Mamasan: which boy you like?

So I paid and left, having been in the bar for less than 10 minutes
3000 short time?
10000 long time?
Really? do these bar owners think we don't know the correct rates?
Just to add that there were very few customers in the bar, which at these prices I am not surprised

That is surprising. I have never had any mamasan problems at WWB.

I was there at the end of March. About 10 boys on stage and not many customers. I did have a great chat with my waiter, who was formerly a dancer at GUY club. It was good to see him again.

Like you, I keep waiting for WWB to return to former glory. The wait continues.

Hmm тАж sounds like the WWB mamasan was very annoying yorkboy691x and spoiled what should have been an enjoyable visit. IтАЩm sure IтАЩve encountered a similar situation at that bar. I probably caved in and bought тАШherтАЩ a drink just to get rid of тАШherтАЩ on the grounds of тАж anything for a quiet life. The trouble is, it creates a hostage to fortune on future visits.

I also thought the prices quoted were totally unrealistic, especially for Pattaya.

If, on a future occasion, you reach the limit of politeness and all else fails, IтАЩve never tried it myself, but you could say to the mamasan тАж s─Гi-h┼нa-bpai!

ThatтАЩs sure to do the trick and get rid of the irritating mamasan double quick! :)

That is surprising. I have never had any mamasan problems at WWB.

I recently spoke shortly to the man (I think he is a man) who was mamasan there as late as in December last year as I know of, and he said he didn┬┤t work as mamasan in WWB anymore.
So maybe the mamasan-problem is because they have just hired a new mamasan? Because just as your experience I have never had any problems with the mamasan in WWB.

The drink price was 260.
The mamasan was a youngish guy/girl wearing glasses
It is such a shame how this bar was once so excellent.

I had a similar problem with a boy long time ago, which kept me from returning for about two years. Now I have one regular, which I off without going into the bar. When waiting for him outside, I saw that there is more talent.

Why did they ask 3000 for short time and 10000 for long time ?
I cant really believe a mamasan would say this to a potential customer.
