Both Pattaya Memorial and Bangkok Pattaya can do blood test - cost will be about same, maybe with PM being a slight bit less. With the hospitals, you would also incur cost for doctor consultation and hospital fee.

If all you need is the test results and do not need to consult with a Doctor - you may want to consider a laboratory here that many Expats use - the following is from the Pattaya City Expats Club webpage: http://www.pattayacityexpatsclub.com/expats/docs/HEALTH-%20CARE.pdf I presume you are wanting a Prothrombin Time test for blood clotting since Warfarin is an anticoagulant medication. The Laboratory's price list shows they charge 400 Baht for that test http://lifecare.siam2web.com/?cid=1209619

Don't forget Pattaya International, always cheaper, more convenient than BPH and quicker to get served... and in my opinion the docs, facilities and care are just as good
