The water festival is called "Songkran" р╕кр╕Зр╕Бр╕гр╕▓р╕Щр╕Х р╣М s┼Пng-graan whereas "Songkram" р╕кр╕Зр╕Др╕гр╕▓р╕б s┼Пng-kraam means "war" (which is not far away from the truth).
