I am a relatively new person on this board but I wonder if anyone else here finds Smiles to be a particularly cutting and mean spirited person. After reading a few of his recent posts I went through quite a few of his posts and find that the percentage of hateful and ridiculing posts he has made to be many. Why does the management here tolerate this behavior?

Marti - trawling through an established member┬┤s posting history seems to me to be a strange thing for a newbie to do.

It┬┤s more the sort of behaviour I┬┤d expect from someone such as an ex-member returning under a new ID, or one of our existing anally-retentive current members, who┬┤s pushing an agenda/holding a grudge.

I┬┤m reminded of one of your earliest posts where you declared that Gaybutton was a moderator here and when he refuted that, you were most reluctant to accept his answer. From memory, your assertions regarding Gaybutton co-incided with similar claims made on a certain forum which specialises in shit-throwing.

Just an observation.

Your observation, as usual, is speculative in a condescending manner and inaccurate as many of your posts are. I never "decalred" that Gaybutton was anything. I asked if it was true that he was a moderator. Where I read it is none of your business. You would spend better time by purchasing a mirror and gazing into it.

I cannot recall the details but am sure that when justme ]Neal]was sick and as the owner, he asked gaybutton to take over moderation or if there is another word , to assist him until he recovered.

I am sure I do not have a poor memory and if I get time might try and find the posts.

I think you might be right, lonelywombat, I remember a brief episode of openly celebrated friendship between B & N, when the former helped the latter with his forum (not sure if that was about moderation, however, I think there was some technical problem to deal with - malware or an update, maybe?).
