Thanks for that link ... I'd completely forgotten that very long thread. Ironically (in retrospect), even Monty has a few words to say there about death in general.
Lots of funny stuff there, and lots of posters who no longer participate here anymore. God, they can't all have croaked.

Sorry Kommy, but everything on that post - including mine - is still, interesting as it all is, nothing but speculation. Think I'll stick with the six-feet-under theory, Door #2.
