Yeah I remember reading people on Gat Sawasdee discussing privacy and saying IF you got nothing to hide you got nothing to fear. They was wrong then and this proves it.

I'm with BrisbaneGuy - so often have I heard the "nothing to hide, nothing to fear" statement made on this (and other) website/s. People who say this display ignorance at best and sheer vindictiveness at worst.

No doubt the same people will now be saying "no smoke without fire" - even though this guy is completely innocent of any offence whatsoever.

When a female guest who stayed in the same room the following week saw the computerтАЩs browsing history she complained to the hotel and staff called the police. Six months later, in March 2012, the man was arrested at his fatherтАЩs home.

Really? It looks more like a private dispute than a tale of espionage.

Just saw a video with a lawyer who says never say anything to law enforcement. Their job is to find anything for a conviction. They are trained to ask questions that sound innocent, but can be interpreted by a court or jury a guilty statement. In the US at least always ask for a lawyer before saying anything.
