That is...they charge the normal price when the sign on the door clearly says 99 Bt per drink in Happy Hour.
It happens EVERY fucking time I go in for an early look-see. No woinder they have gone down the pan.

Yep I remember that happening a few years ago (back when it was actually a fun bar to go in)...wasn't it just the boys who had been 'offed' the night before usually ?
