Yes I was taken there couple or 3 years ago, maybe more, by Mr Phon the then owner of a bar on Pattayaland 1. Basically it was built by the owner of a very large and successful agricultural family..primarily chicken..something like KP foods...they are one of wealthiest Thai families...I researched them after my visit there but can't remember fine details.. There is a house which is partly opened to public and a very Over The Top convention type centre...have Company Meetings there...statues of chickens etc...all in very questionable taste in my opinion and a very visible statement of wealth....the Thais I was with were very impressed....I wasn't really but interested in doing something g different

The owner of Saha Farms built Baan Sukhawadee mansion - for more information, insert Pattaya Baan Sukhawadee into Google and you will get many websites that provide information.

If yoy do visit this p(a)lace, check out the gents toilets. Certainly the biggest I have ever been in.

The carpet in the main room is also quite impressive too

Not to be confused with the other golden egg-laying Chicken places where the untouchable straight hi-sos go for underage frolics.
