I left Bangkok Saturday and arrived in Singapore on my way home. I was worn out after 2 weeks of chuck, suck and fuck so decided I'd make a detour to Bali for a few days to recover. Well, I sometimes find myself in the situation like Jelly Bean when I get an instant acute back pain and nothing helps me that efficiently as celebrex (no com parison with advil, tylenol or ibprophen). IтАЩve suffered from a bad back since I was 23 years old. They tend to hit me every 5-6 years, the last worst one was 11 years ago and it affected me for 6 weeks and I ended up going to the London School of Osteopathy for weekly check-ups.

This present attack, I am happy to say, was not as severe, after 9 days my back is almost back to normal, there is no pain and the swelling has gone. I took Ibuprofen tablets and rubbed Tiger Balm on my back, but I think the most effective тАШtreatmentтАЩ has been swimming as and when the weather conditions allowed. I donтАЩt know about elsewhere in Thailand, but the weather here in Hua Hin has been monstrous! I donтАЩt remember seeing anything like it.

But I am grateful for two small mercies. One, that my back didnтАЩt тАШgoтАЩ while I was тАШon the jobтАЩ тАж oh, the ignominy of it! I donтАЩt think I could have faced that тАШboyтАЩ ever again! Lol!

And two, at least IтАЩm looking forward to over 6 months ahead of me, with plenty of opportunities for getting up to mischief.
