AIDS testing

Would anyone happen to know the location of a clinic where a teen can go for an AIDS test without parental ok? The younger brother of an old friend has been abused by a stranger and the older brother is worried. He asked me for help and I am asking the board members for the same. Somewhere in or near Pattaya, please.
