Ladyboy Bars - Patpong

I was reading and old Stickman post about Nana Plaza becoming an all Ladyboy bar location in the near future. He was surprised how popular ladyboys have become with many of the "Straight" men that are looking for a fulfilling sexual experience. He mentioned that one hotel manager noticed that guys coming down the steps with a bargirl looked unsatisfied, but guys coming down the stairs with their ladyboy were grinning from ear to ear.

Now, I am not asking because I am interested in sex with a ladyboy, I still only get turned on by manly guys, But I do like to enjoy life, see things that I can share with friends back home.

I did once visit a par in Patpong that was a total rip-off bar. I went up the stairs and as soon as I sat down I was asked to pay for entry. I ordered a beer and a woman sat near me smiling drinking a beer, my beer came and the check was placed in my cup. I saw a nude ladyboy on the bar stepping over drinks when a lady with a tray holding a small basket with money in it held it before me and told me 200 baht for show! I decided I had better leave. I picked up my check and saw they charged me for 2 beers at 300 baht each! I told them I only had one and they told me I purchased a beer for the lady... I refused and asked for a tourist police officer.

All hell broke out! I was surrounded, a lot of talk was going on and I was presented with a new check for 1 beer at 300 baht. I gave them a 500 baht note and the girl returned with a tray filled with 10 baht coins and some of them were glued to the tray! I tried to get as many of my coins as I could when she squealed "Ahhhh!" And swung the tray away from my reach with me only getting a handful of my change. I was making my way out when they again stopped me and the guy who was at the door demanded a tip. I puffed up my chest and flexed my arms to look as big as possible. (At the time I was on muscle supplements and everyone thought I was in the Army or a Police officer). I heard someone mention "Army" and they let me pass, I made my way down the steps well aware that someone may try to knock me over the head with a bottle.

After that experience I have avoided going into any bar in Patpong, but I would like to check out a ladyboy bar without being ripped off to see what is going on in there. If they are putting on a show, I want to see one so I can go home and tell everyone the wonders of what I saw.

I wonder what they get for tips? I wonder what the bars charge for an off? Stickman seems to think that Ladyboys make more than natural born females with larger tips and the bars make more in offs with some ladyboys being offed 2 or more times a night!

I know better than to try to visit a ladyboy bar alone. When I go into a bar alone I am seen as a target and the pressure is on for me to buy the staff drinks and to off someone. When I go with a Thai, I am left alone to enjoy my time there and just watch the goings on.

Bucky, I had a similar unpleasant experience in Patpong when I foolishly allowed myself to be taken into some upstairs bar by a charming old lady in the street.

After dismissing several dancers who seemed determined to show me their tits and fanny despite my protestations that I had zero desire to view them, a large bill appeared, then an argument ensued, some burly thai men appeared, and I was pleased to get out in one piece - minus about 800B for 1 beer.

When we sometimes complain about paying 200B for a drink in a completely non-threatening boy bar environment we ought to remember to count our blessings

I spend 3 holidays each year in Pattaya, totalling about 12 weeks in total, during which I have sex with boys I obtain from bars, gogos, GR and Dongtan Beach.

I vividly recall one incident which illustrated some of the dangers of dealing with LB's. We visited a bar in Soi 6 and were joined by two LB's in the normal v short skirts and 5 in heels. We bought them drinks and my friend agreed to go upstairs with one. The other expected me to take her but the attraction was zero and I declined. She turned nasty and through the tip I offered back in my face together with spittle. The other one started to join in and we made a dash for the door, being chased all the way to Beach Road. We both was quite fit and were used to running and were able to hop onto a baht bus to escape.
Chatting to the proprietor of a LB gogo in Soi 13 it would seem that our experience is not unusual. LB's can be highly strung and are very often heavy yabba users.
My most recent visits have been alone during which I have kept out of the ladyboy bars.
