PS. My ideal type is a strong Thai boy with very hairy legs.

I could have helped you here, that is until I got to the part about the hairy legs!

Even if I knew of a such a guy, there is no guarantee he'd still be there; masseurs change all the time.

The best option for you would be to wander down Soi twilight and take a look at the guys sitting outside the massage places in their shorts.
