The S & C Pharmacy on Rama IV between Silom and Suriwongse is a very reliable place to buy drugs and one of the most inexpensive I have found in Thailand (far less than most items at Fascino where many Farangs shop for medications).

They will sell you Sidegra without a prescription. It is the generic Viagra (Sildenafil), approved by the Thai government and manufactured here in Thailand. It is very inexpensive: a box of four 50 mg tablets is only 100 baht. Pretty hard to beat (pun intended)!

That doesn not directly answer your question, but is related. Two years ago, a friend who lives in Bkk asked me to bring him generic Viagra from Pattya because it's much cheaper there. It was less than 50 Baht per pill (I don't remember how much active ingredient). I went to a pharmacy on Second Road near Boyztown and had to call my friend for futher instructions as the data he provided in Bangkok was insufficient. The sales assistant must have thought what strange stories people make to make it look they are buying viagra for a friend, and you as well might think I was bying for myself, but it's the truth!

1100 baht for a box of 50 X 5 gm packets...perhaps cheaper if you bargain...I gave him what he first asked...just because it was so much cheaper than the beach price.
The beauty of this stuff is that even if you don't really need it to get it up, it provides a significant amount of staying power...especially for those long non-rushed sessions.
You may even find that the equipment works better the next day or even the day after that....everyone reacts differently.

I also find that, when I'm on the beach....the best way not to be repeatedly bothered by beach vendors is to have some ear buds in my ears...listening to great tunes instead.

I had the impression that Viagra, generic or otherwise, was cheaper in Pattaya than Bangkok. The cheapest In Pats I have found is in the pharmacy next to the Tim beer bar on Second Road, close to the Avenue. This was 300 for a box of 4 tablets.
I normally use them when I first arrive, as my confidence takes a day or so to develop. Later I'm OK without and also I use poppers and I believe the combination is dangerous. Is this a fact ?.

Thanks Surfcrest; I didn't know that the kamagra gel contained 100 mg of sildenafil. Not that I need or use Vitamin V but when I do I usually cut a 100mg in half (50mg). Little wonder the sachets of Kamagra are so effective when I tried them.

not sure if the fact that the kamagra gel has 100mg of the active ingredient is the only reason it works well, with viagra I get terrible headaches, white people look steel blue, only kicks in after 2 hours, food and alcohol definitely have an adverse affect.....whilst the gel has the same effects its much...much milder and alcohol+food dont seem to affect it...maybe because its absorbed through the lining of the mouth and throat and not via the stomach like the pill form.

I used it for about a month when I was in LOS a couple months ago. Unfortunately it had no beneficial results. You need to find a doctor who knows what he's doing, mine is not familiar with it and told me to sleep more as this will increase my levels. This is what I was talking about in another thread, how doctors only know so much or just their specialty.


Like Latin mentioned, testosterone may increase the risk for prostate cancer. When I used it 6 years ago it worked wonders. Sex was never better and it sort of "jump started" my sex life to the point of me not really needing it any more. But 6 years later I think I need it as my test levels are a bit low amd my desire has fallen a bit.

Yes Surfcrest, it seems that every other stall in that area and beyond, sells gel, pills and etc. (has no-one thought of making a suppository version yet?) and sex toys.
