Arriving Thailand April 15th and will need limousine service [not my usual method of travel] from airport to Pattaya, and then a few days later Pattaya to BAngkok. Any suggestions as to which limousine service to get [and price?]....Not sure when the wet day is for Songkran but hope it is before I arrive evening of 15th [Monday]?

Bangkok wet days start on the 12th and I believe are over on the 15th. Pattaya gets started abouth the 16th and ends on the eve of the 19th. You asked for a limousine service..... are you looking for a limousine a luxury car sometimes referred to as a limousine or a taxi?

I always use AOT they have a counter inside where you can book and pay with credit card while you are waiting for your suitcase the trick is to decide which is the cheapest car as they start with expensive options and then alternate with cheaper ones best to ask how much for each one but I think the Toyota Camry is cheapest http://www.aot-limousine.com/index.php

Otherwise you book with some other mob and have to fight your way through all the touts and shirt tuggers as you make your way to some inconvenient meeting point away from where you arrive and hope you can find the driver you have booked.
