Now that we have been able to pull all the details together and the Christmas festivities are behind us, TAKE CARE!! is pleased to provide this report of the highly successful 2nd ANNUAL CHRISTMAS FUNDRAISING DINNER held at Bistro Oscar in Jomtien Complex on 22 December 2012.
In addition to тАЬMERRY CHRISTMASтАЭ another couple of words have a very pleasant jingle bell ring to them >>>> тАЬSOLD OUTтАЭ!!!
There were 58 friends, residents and visitors who celebrated the season together and truly supported the efforts of TAKE CARE!! over a delicious 4-course meal served perfectly тАУ even with the pressures of a full house -- by our friends at Bistro Oscar. Entertaining background Christmas and popular music was provided by Pattaya radio personality Rose Musixx. And, of course, Santa stopped by with seasonтАЩs greetings to all!!! With well over 40 lucky ticket prizes, considerable Christmas cheer and Christmas smiles were spread amongst the lucky winners.
We are pleased to report that after factoring in the income and expenses, we realized just over 32,500 baht for the evening. These funds will cover the cost of over two months of TAKE CARE!! safer sex packs distributed to many venues in Pattayaland, Sunee Plaza and Jomtien Complex.
Special thanks, of course, go to all who were able to join us for the evening; to the Management and staff of Bistro Oscar; to the many friends and supporters who provided cash donations and lucky ticket prizes; and to the TAKE CARE!! volunteers who make it all happen.
Prizes for the lucky ticket draws were provided by the following Friends of TAKE CARE!!
