The Resort will open its doors in February 2013 and is located in street 71,
a quiet residential area with some cosy restaurants and bars.
It is situated in BKK1 near the Tuol Sleng Museum,

Russian Market, Riverside and many other city highlights.
The Resort is housed in a beautiful old,
neo colonial style villa with a brand new wing,
renovated and designed by the ASMA architects team.
The 19 luxurious rooms surround a cool salt water pool hidden within a beautiful lush tropical garden.

5 Standard rooms: on 1st floor with shared balcony and a garden view
