I figured that today would be real quiet at Bruno's so I snuck in and sure enough was right and I was able to sit somewhere discreet with my bathing suit and T shirt and not be noticed. I know, tacky but there was no one else there so I got away with it. Well anyway they have this new item on the menu called Beef Rib Eye "Tagliata" which Rudy the chef suggested. It is 200 day rib eye steak from Australia and comes with a side and your choice of sauces for only 890 baht. I did the usual pepercorn sauce but I think next time I will try the bernaise as it is my favorite.

Well I have to tell you it was so soft and tender and just unbelievable. The portion was large enough that I asked for a take aay bag and will have a sandwhich tomorrow before my Christmas dinner. No I won't be at Bruno's Christmas eve or day as I don't like crowds but they did promise to save me a rabbit which is one of their specials for those two days. They said the rabbits are nice and meaty and tender and imported from Italy. Sorry Bugs Bunny!

Well anyway, try the Rib Eye "Tagliata" and take my word for it as there is one thing I do know and that is imported medium rare steaks and this one is out of this world.
