National Parks in Thailand

Trips to National Parks in Thailand have been on my to-do list for a while. I have only been to two (Doi Suthep-Pui near Chiang Mai and Mu Ko Ang Thong near Koh Samui) so far.

Recently, I found the webpage of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, which I will use a starting for planning trips to National Parks in Thailand. It has a list of all parks with general information, flora and fauna, geography, climate, tourist attractions, contact address, how to go, pictures, maps, entry fees, areas that are closed during rainy season, available accommodation and more.

Main page in Thai:
http://www.dnp.go.th/

Good starting page in English:
http://www.dnp.go.th/parkreserve/nature.asp?lg=2 (lg=2 English, lg=1 Thai)

Book about national parks as pdf:
http://www.dnp.go.th/parkreserve/e-book ... _th_en.pdf (http://www.dnp.go.th/parkreserve/e-book/book/np_th_en.pdf)

I bought this book (second edition 2010) in January 2012 at Chatuchak Market (160 Baht). The pdf is first edition 2006 and the cover page is missing. One complaint: all names in the book are romanized, so you cannot read or show to Thai people asking for directions.
