Basic room in a guesthouse near Patong (1 month stay)

Hi everyone, i need a basic room, for 1 month (actually 28 days) in Phuket (cheap guesthouse, i have heard about good prices in Kammala, Kata, Karon, however I am also willing to stay in Patong, if I make a good arrangement for 1 month stay, for example on Thanon Nanai, maybe? I want a simple room, no AC, no TV, no pool, or anything really, just a fan, and a bed, in a small, clean room, i will have rented a motorbike, for 1 month as well, so location doesn't matter so much, but i don't want to stay in Phuket town, too far. I also need free WIFI in the room (that's important, also overnight guest: OK). What kind of deal do you think I can arrange? for November? If I can stay with Farang owner, maybe better (but not crucial). Thank you

If only as a marker, because it may have more amenities than you require, I suggest Toy Residence which is in a soi off Nanai in Patong, and is perfect for someone with their own transport. Great monthly and off season discounts, simple and clean, great view over Patong.

I have not stayed in such a place as you describe and find it hard to imagine getting free WIFI in a guest house that doesn't have the emenities you state. However, I have searched a bit and come up with a couple:
