The Thai Government says that it has spent the entire 120 Billion baht allocated for flood prevention. Yet, all one hears in the news is more and more about flooding each day. Whose pockets did all of this money go into. Certainly not the poor farmers or workers whose homes will flood. I was very happy when Yingluck was elected but, today, I think she is a very sad excuse for a leader of a most inept government. That is certainly not to say that the Democrats have clean hands. They are just as bad and, in some ways, even worse. This is strictly my opinions.

What's the difference from Thailand than any other place in the world? Nada.

What's the difference, you ask...

Well, the most authoritative survey shows that at least 79 other countries do better than Thailand in combating corruption, even if even more don't. So there certainly are differences around the world.

What I meant was that there is some degree of corruption everywhere around the world and did not mean to discuss degrees but the existance.
Greed is everywhere corruption is everywhere, people make decisions based on some sort of profiting of money right from USA Governement to Thailand. They all do it.
