Amazing....I have lived in Thailand for 8 years and never ran into Screw Boyz untl last night by accident. (it is located in the girl bar section of Patpong, not on soi Twilight as I thought. Anyway, finally I ran into my type... masculine young men, many older than 25 yrs (that I like). I was in a hurry so left after the show (sleazy and not like the ones at soi Twilight)...but!!! the guys looked sexy. (well, most) So, what is the info of this place??? Are the guys without numbers available. Are most of them straight guys? What is the fee? Are they worth "offing"?

Is that the place a door or two up from the womans boxing go go bar at the front of Patpong Market by any chance ???

If so I've only ever been there the once and that was when I'd first arrived in Thailand and they absolutely cleaned my wallet like professionals drinks wise for the guys in no time flat as I was that wet behind the ears lol - maybe I'll have to give it another try now that I'm a bit older and no wiser on my next trip and see do I actually enjoy it this time without worrying about whether I should be buying ALL the bar a drink or just ALL the go go boys ha ha !

It's my favourite gogo in BKK - I've been going there since 2000 (although I've not been in BKK for a couple years). At one point it closed for a year and they took over Fresh Boys in Soi Twilight - but that didnt work out and they moved back to their original spot next door to Pavilion Place hotel.

It's pretty sleazy (I do recall one time the water was off and they made an announcement that whilst pissing in the toilet was still fine - anybody who required to shit ought to ask at the bar for a carrier bag!!)

I get on well with the owner, Porn , and he always managed to produce a cutie for me (25+ is completely out of my age range) - but the OP is right in that there are plenty of boys who fit into that category.

The prices were always reasonable (for bottles) and considerably cheaper that the Soi Twilight prices. Porn is always open to striking a deal on the off fees if you are taking a boy for a few days - which I invariably did.

The only criticism I could make is that the staff (ie the captains) are pretty pushy for drinks etc - but as I normally get bottles it wasn't an issue as they just got whatever I was having or nothing at all.

Well worth a visit.

Yes it is.

I went there twice. It has the longest opening time in that area, up to 5 am (if I remember correctly, information from last year). Last time I went I was quite happy with the choice (actually I was looking for two boys I knew from elsewhere who were supposed to work there, but I found someone else), and drink prices and off fee are in the normal range.

I'll have to give it a try again - by the way I didn't meant that their drinks prices weren't the norm in some way when I went there before - just that I was too bloody stupid / embarrassed to be sitting in a go go bar in general ( probably almost for the first time I think! ) and when all the guys crowded round and done the old "what about me mister?" rountine when I bought one guy a drink I folded like a deck of cards and between that and my nerves and the good old thai trick of never letting your glass go empty ( I take good care you my ass ha ha, I keep the money rolling in more like :-) I must have gone through several "rounds" for both myself and MORE than several boys in about 20 minutes flat, I can't remember the amount involved but every time I walk past the place I still cringe a bit and remember the feeling I had in my stomach on that first trip of "oh SHIT ! I've just been "done", welcome to Thailand ! :-( ha ha so yeah I'll defintely have to go back and see how I fare on my forthcoming trip - ha I'm guessing they'll still clean me out but it may just take a little longer this time and I'll be a much more willing and perhaps demanding victim ! ha ha

I went there twice on my last visit. Once I met a friend there pretty late and only saw part of the show so I returned and the show seem to last only about 10 minutes on that visit as well. I had a bottle of beer and I seem to recall thinking that the prices were a bit high for such a place. I will admit that much of the place has faded from my memory so maybe I will visit it again when I return if only to remind myself of the place.

Everytime i went to bangkok i would go to this bar .there was a nice guy there who would sit with me and my thai friend ,i was shocked when he told me his age (31) like i said a very nice guy ,But 1 time and the last time i went back my thai friend had his own Bananna smothie so i odered a beer for my self but they said he must buy a drink or leave .I thought how crazy was this as a regular vistor and always bought the boy from the bar a drink ,I just said he ok he has a drink ,after \ 3 beers i got the check bin and they charged me for 4 beers and a whiskey i bought the bar boy
even the bar boy was angry at the boss and said that he only had 3 beers and 1 whiskey but they said 4 because my thai friend not have a drink .I just paid the 1200 baht yes 300 baht each and said i will never return .Also they are very pushy to buy another drink even when i had a half a bottle .This is there lose as i use to go ther every night for a few drinks .

When my flight in is a bit late, this is the bar I always hit on my first night there. Similarly when the other places close at one AM, it is a quick walk to go there. I have been going there for a long time, so I know the management a bit. I have never had a problem with pushiness, but maybe it is because they know me.

I like it because it is different. I dislike it because it can sometimes be too smoky. It is not as slick as the Soi Twilight bar, but it is a different type of place, so it is good for a change.

One man's "pushiness" is another man's "acceptable behaviour".

gra46 - come on, you can't take your own drink into a bloody bar!!
Even if you are a good customer it is simply not correct (in my view).
The correct thing to have done was for your Thai boy to have finished his banana smoothie BEFORE going into the bar.
You wouldn't go into a restaurant and sit at their table eating the KFC meal you bought along the road, would you?

Well myself and a friend sought out Screwboy's several months ago and I reported on this forum that I was greatly disappointed. We were the only two in the bar and the boys seemed to be more interested in their phones and talking to each other than us. There was one larger boy and was constantly looking at his phone, standing on the stage with cowboy boots on and appeared s though he was the hottest thing this side of USA.
When he got down he would keep coming over and trying to sit with us and we had to keep shooing him away. The mamasan would not go away and was sitting next to us staring at us as we were to make a choice. Finally we left.

PS Gra46 I am sorry but I cannot believe you let the boy in with a milk shake or whatever and though because you were drinking, that it was ok for him not to order. Wow! I can't imagine any gay go go bar that would allow that no matter if they recognized you as a regular customer or not. There are so many senerios. Do you think you can walk into Bruno's with a boy and because he wants McDonald's he would be allowed to sit at a table and eat a cheeseburger from Mc'ie D's while you eat a steak? Surely it would not be allowed! It surely would not be allowed at our club. :banghead:

well i tottally disagree as this is not a club or a restaurant .The doorman allowed us in he should of asked for him to finish his drink.
I the same as you go to KFC with a group and one person takes McDonalds in as he diddnt want KFC ,whats the problem when the others are paying customers ,Would you take say your relatives to Maccas and you newphew or niece wanted KFC you would force him/her to eat something they didnt want or leave the child alone at KFC ?
My point is i was a paying customer at 300 baht a drink which is a huge profit to them ,they couldnt allow a thai his smoothie ,well that there loss ,i sure would understand it if it was a beer or a whiskey.ive also taken in 3 different types of fruit for the boy working there ,he took it to the bar to put in the fridge for later and the thing ,i just dont know what you call them (it) took it to another table and shared the platter with her friends . I told the boy next time i will marinate it in piss for her ,

Gra, ScrewBoyz IS a club, go go bar and does make its living selling DRINKS both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Your reaction here as with your reaction telling this mamasan or whoever that next time you would marinate it in piss now makes me realize that I should not be trying to correct you as there is no understanding.
