Condo Painter

Looking for a good reliable painter for a one room Condo. We have just purchasd a palce that has 5 year old wallpaper that has been painted over :angryfire: and multiply TV hanging bolts everywhere. Looking for someone to clean it all up etc.....anyone have a phone number (Thai or English no problem).
