Has anyone heard from kquill as to how his plans for a business in Vientiane or Siem Reap are going? I hear that former owner of Telephone Bar Yves has sold his restaurant in Vientiane.

Several people told me that they saw Kquill in Pattaya a few weeks back and weren't sure how he managed that as they were under the impression he could not return to Thailand. He evidentally was keeping a very low profile and not seen in the Boyztown area.
He told some people that he was working on a deal in Siam Reap. The informant said he put on a lot of weight. Don't know anything for sure except he was here for almost a week.
