Unhatched chicken on the left and bamboo worm on the right. The unhatched chicken is "suitable for human consumption", the bones and beak are so soft, you barely notice them when you eat it. The bamboo worm, is delicious. Bought north of Jatujak market, which is actually the only place where I saw unhatched chicken.
