Nice place to stay in Nong-Khai ?

Any one stayed up here Im heading up there in a week or so , I will be with my wife only the two of us .

Well known places in Nong-Khai are
the Pantawee hotel (fairly central, basic rooms in the aisle at the back 500Bath, normal rooms 700 and 1000Bath) and[/*:m:3rw6s8nw]
Mutmee Guesthouse (on the Mekong river bank, both basic and aircon rooms (about 800Bath) available).[/*:m:3rw6s8nw]
Rim Khong Road (parallel to the Mekong river bank) also has a few places. I remember staying at a place called something like "KingKhong" guesthouse (generic rooms, OK, about 450Bath, other places may be cheaper but rooms less comfortable).[/*:m:3rw6s8nw]

In the future 'll have to stay at Mutmee. BF stayed there once, doesn't want to go anywhere else.
Pantawee and Mutmee are both marked on Google Maps, and have a website.

Hope you like Nong Khai as much as I did.

I vote for the Mut Mee. Rustic, but brilliant.
