Thai bottom boys

I have a feeling that there are - relatively - many thai boys who are into bottoming. Is that true?

Of course there are many tops, and many who are versatiles. But still it seems that there are more bottom boys among the thai boys? Is it just a stereotype or is it really so?

I'm a total top so I would definately go for at bottom boy myself :-)

You'll have no problem finding whatever your tastes are here...masculine, fem, twink and in each group you find plenty of tops, bottoms and versatile guys.
I have no idea the percentages of each but just as in the west boys will sell themselves using the term versatile as a sales tool even though they prefer top or bottom. It does seem that there are more fem/twink Asian boys as a whole. It appears that in Asia the "sweet boy" look (their term) is highly valued. Just look at the pop stars! This however has nothing to do with top, bottom or versatile. Unlike in the west you will find more straight boys that look very fem to us. You will also find more "straight" boys willing to be gay and gay for pay than in the west as there is not as much of a stigma here with gay sex.
I'm only a top myself although in my youth I tried bottoming a couple of times but just didn't like it. You will have no problem finding what you want but just be sure and ask the boy and not the mamasan as many mamasans are notorious at just saying that he will do everything when he will not do everything. Also, make sure you discuss if you want a long-time or short-time with the boy as many bar boys will not do long-time (they want to return to the bar again for another off or just as likely go out with friends on the money you just gave them, lol).

I think also in Denmark where I live younger guys tend to be bottoms more than tops. And older guys tend to be tops more often than bottoms. I think maybe also it's related to the play between a young not-so-experienced young guy and the experienced masculine older guy - the top/bottom thing is part of this play.

In Thailand it just seems that even more young guys are bottoms or versatile in the sense that they seem to have no problem with taking it and they seem to enjoy it quite intensely :-)

Gogo bars are not your only option for meeting guys. If you want to meet guys from the general population than go to some of the dance clubs, log onto the dating sites and just be friendly to guys you meet on the street and be sure to keep your valuables locked in a safe place and only carry enough money for a nights worth of fun.

Call me old fashioned, but I like the security of offing boys from the bars/clubs rather than meeting on the street or in shopping malls. If I off a boy from a bar, I'm fairly sure he's not going to beat me up (unless I ask him to, of course). Random street meetings are too uncertain for me. I know there are guys who enjoy the element of danger in street trade, but I'm not one of them.

Don't assume.. Western guys are not the only men visiting the gogo bars as other Thai men and women will visit a gogo bar looking for a guy to hire for a night of fun. Lady boys also like to off some of the guys.

Your best bet is to talk to the guy you are interested in.

It will come with experience. Safer is very relative-there are just as many stories of barboys deceiting, thieving, spiking drinks or whatever someone can think of.
The major risk though with barboys is that they turn out to be duds=not doing at all what they promised or what has been told about them-after youve laid down baht for the drinks, the off and all that. I have never picked up a boy on the street, although I have seen attractive ones in Tukcom. In the evening I look for fems in bars and gogo's, but during the day I have used Gayromeo, and occasionaly I have met boys on Dongtan Beach.
