This is not a new topic, but I left the USA without my prescription. Can anyone be kind enough to post the current situation with purchasing Viagra or Cialis in Bangkok in 2012? Are there reliable pharmacies and is there an especially high risk in making a purchase? I'm in good shape and 60, but the medication does help.

Many generics of Viagra are sold everywhere.

Only about 60 baht for kamagra gel.Better than the pill.Sold in most pharmacy's.
Or so a friend told me.

Generic Cialis (Apcalis), can usually be found in the smaller, privately owned pharmacies. Overall more expensive, (1000-1200 baht) around Silom/Suriwong, and less expensive (400 baht), on Sukhumvit around the Nana/Asok BTS stations. You will see packages for sale displayed on tables along the street, not recommenced.

I've bought for the past few years from a pharmacy on Sukhumvit in the area mentioned above. The product has always worked and my mind is not so weak that it would be stimulated by a placebo for 24hrs+. I will update with the exact location in a few weeks.

In Pattaya I found several pharmacies that sell these products. Around Boyztown I was quoted 1200 baht. A few steps away where Beach road bends and turns into Pattaya Tai (about half way to Second Rd, south side, close to massage shops). The pharmacies there sell for 400 baht. In the Soi VC area, it's hit and miss. Inquired at one 'recommended' pharmacy and was quoted 1200 the first time. I returned later that evening and was quoted 400 by another person. These little pharmacies are every, ask discretely and getting what you want shouldn't be too difficult.

In january, a friend in Bangkok asked me to bring Kamagra (generic Viagra, made in India) from Pattaya, because it's much cheaper there: four pills for 200 Baht. The first pharmacy I asked had only the real stuff (much more expensive), the second pharmacy (on second road near boyztown) had what he wanted. No questions (e.g. passport or prescription) were asked.

(And before someone asks: I can swear by my left testicle that it was for a friend and not for me!)
