I noticed this on gaybutton and the reply from Crabby, is from the recent owner of Corner Bar.
Hi All,
As you should all know, Monty's Cafe bar is up for sale, due to ill health.
The sale I thought I had has fallen though. So it is back on the market @ 300,000bnt including a refundable bond of 180,000 bht. which means the sale price is 120,000 bht. For 99% of a 5 and 1/2 year lease.
I also have a list of items for sale:
5 pc lounge (fabric ) corner unit.
1 leather arm chair and ottoman.
2 coffee tables.
1 Karaoke machine.
2 fridges.
1 TV
1 single mattress (new)
6 dining chairs.
4 sets table & 2 chairs.
1 double-door fridge/freezer (needs re-gassing)
2 chest freezers.
1 semi-nude male oil painting.

Wow Monty, that is a real fire sale! Where in the world can you buy an ongoing business, three apartments, cheap rent, and cheap utilities, for $10000. That is a great price for a hobby business. Because you have all four stories, rent and utilities for the bar/restaurant, are more than paid for by the apartment rents. I am sure you will sell soon and I hope your health continues to improve.
There may be someone out there who is looking for an opportunity to invest in a bar.. I cannot imagine a better one than what Monty is forced to offer due to extremely bad health .
Please note the apartments upstairs that can be occupied or rented out.
