Q re Chiang Mai massageshops: stayed there 2 weeks fleeing the floods threatening BKk and had a good time.
saw the various listings for gay venues overthere, which seem to be the best kept up and accurate for all of TH-maybe there is someone who makes a living out of that. However:
2M2 - or maybe M2M, massage in the soi off Tapae toward ''sleaze alley'' had removed its rainbow sign and the M was now only 2 and had obvous visible ladies also working there. Changed direction?
ChiangMoi on 5-reported as newly opened and ''already very busy and popular''. Now I just happened to stay nearby, other side of TaPae (and not the Tapea place HTL) and first could not find that place at all after walking the soi 2-3 times. Mystic Orient is nearby. Then I saw the site again and the pix of the house and later recognised that house-empty, no signs at all-only some Japanese note- gone out of business after such a short time? Website still working, but I know that does not say too much-maybe some prepaid longtime plan.

I'm not sure what the "specific question" is in the post (perhaps the most difficult to decipher post I've ever read). Are you asking people to confirm what you saw yourself?

I am confused too. Almost all of your names are backwards. I can tell you that 5 on Chiang Moi is open and it is there. M2m web site is closed and I have no idea what is happening there, but mystic orient is still open last time I went by there. Suggest next time you come to Chiang Mai you go to this web site as it is very accurate and usually the most up-to-date guide you can find anywhere.

Khor Tose - thanks for the recommendation for our site!

We try to keep stuff up to date but things change quickly, especially massage places. Someone posted about M2M on our guestbook some weeks ago (maybe Pong?), we updated the main map but have only just updated the massage page http://www.radchada.com/chiang-mai-gay-massage-for-men.html whilst doing some other updates. Last time I passed there I can confirm they had dropped the M2M from the name and had women, I don't know about boys!. I don't know about 5 on Chiang Moi as I've never yet found it! Will check and report back.

The other Chiang Mai updates are:
1. The Playhouse Cabaret had it's final night on Sunday The Final Curtain (http://www.gayinchiangmai.com/News/2012/the-final-curtain/)
2. CU Bar and Secrets have moved to new locations at the Night Bazaar leaving only Milky way in the old "Sleaze Alley" CU bar and secrets move to new location (http://www.gayinchiangmai.com/News/2012/cu-bar-and-secrets-move-to-new-location/)
3. Mansfield Place has opened in Santitham Mansfield Place (http://www.gayinchiangmai.com/News/2012/mansfield-place/)

Also, if you haven't checked our site lately there is another new venue in Chiang Mai: Radchada Garden Cafe (http://www.radchada-cafe.com/) :hello2: Khun Note, who runs it, and whom many here will likely know, had a bad motorbike accident last week. He's out of hospital now and back at the cafe, drop in and say hello if you're in the area. He'll appreciate being cheered up!

It's hard work trying to keep gay guides up to date here as stuff changes so often (just look at the listing for closed bars on our bar page!). Feedback from others on things we may have missed is always appreciated!

Visited the Cafe about 3 weeks ago for the first time. Khun Note is an asset to your business. A great front person and Im glad he has recovered.

Message to Pong: What is your nationality? You are surely not from a country which has English as its main language. Sometime, as in your original post it is difficult to understand what you are trying to convey.

I remember a hot little massage place in Chaing Mei called Gemini. Went there several times and the boys at that time were delicious!

One of my all time favorite "massage therapists" used to work at Gemini; however, I've been told by another former employee of Gemini that several of the staff these days should still be in school (not university, if that is subtle enough; click on the photos of Dam, Man, Methee & Ton and you might agree): http://gemini-massage.net/showgallerysub.php

Victory Massage has a nice selection of employees. Their new website is: http://www.victory-massage.net/ [still showing the old .com website on http://www.radchada.com/chiang-mai-gay- ... r-men.html (http://www.radchada.com/chiang-mai-gay-massage-for-men.html)]

I guess Gemini is using very old photos also as one of the boys is my ex b/f for the last 4 years and lives in Pattaya. I just dropped him two days ago.

Thanks for the compliment. I will pass it on. Note broke his jaw in a couple of places; he's fine apart from restricted movement and a liquid diet which he'll have to endure for a few more weeks.

Not sure about the rules re posting pictures of people here so here is a link (http://www.radchada.com/Gallery3.html) to some of his photos. I'm sure a few will recognise!

Maybe the ex just went back to work there? The photos are very recent updates.

Fixed..... Thank you.

Always interesting how boys use different names for different places where they work. A few stories could be told about several of the guys in those pictures. Anyone spot the two brothers, who actually work in different places......

Gemini is still there, often see the boys outside. It has a reputation for being more expensive than other places and, lets say, a bunch of barely legal boys working there.

I went upstairs once, several years ago. The massage facilities are extremely basic compared with the competition around town. Moreover, the miserable Thai Chinese women who runs the place makes you feel like you just met Medusa.

Interesting to see Mr So (http://gemini-massage.net/showsub.php?id=18) still in the photos. I've known him for many years and he's no spring chicken now. For a straight boy he was quite a trick back when (his nick was SO SO good!), then I heard he was the owners BF which put me right off..... I saw him a few weeks back, so he's still around. The photos look current.

Am intrigued as to who is Da Boss Boyfriend :8(

Well sure as hel looks like Nut and I know years ago he worked there. He could not have left the bar yesterday and been up there in a day and grown his hair a few inches....lol! Maybe he is just a very very close twin. :notworthy:

It must be someone else. That massage therapist has been in an exclusive, committed relationship (excluding his customers & kiks) with an expat in Chiang Mai for some time now. :happy7:

Doncha just love Thailand. Glad to know monogamy is alive and well in Chiang Mai, or was that Pattaya as of yesterday? :dontknow:

"Therapist" is an interesting description for the world's oldest profession! :hah:

Gemini is right next door to our local Alcohol wholesaler, maybe Thursday night is a good time to investigate?
