There was a Russian Bar in Jomtien Complex in 2010 , Lubov, but it did not attract many customers and hardly any Russians. It's not easy being gay in Russia, so maybe the boys want to keep a low profile even in Thailand.

Im not surprised it did not attract any customers
I rem the owner was als a right pain in the ass when he was out in the clubs -- (forget his name ) but he was als coming up to our table in Nab/Dave-- firstly trying to get me to promise to visit then he would try to get any thai boy at my table (inc my Bf ) to go and work for him --GRRR
