I imagine it's the same reason that most ladyboys prefer using the womens rest room in public settings versus the mens rest room, i.e., restaurants, discos, karaokes, etc. A true ladyboy sees herself as a girl locked in a boys body - and you will rarely see a girl walkiing into a gay sauna.
