Just thought I would share this with you , apart from Building I love cooking when I get time .
Here is a dish I made a couple of days ago .
Mexicana Chicken wings .
Ingredients.
15 Chicken wings \2 Tins of tomatoes \6 garlic cloves\half a red,yellow,green bell peppers.table spoon of fresh green pepper corns ,a few of the small Thai celery sticks, 8 chilies small hot ones ,1 large onion.
Season and deep fry the chicken wings until cooked .
Fry the Chopped onion chilies with the garlic and the pepper corns first (gently) for a few mins ,add the bell peppers and chopped celery ,chop the tin tomatoes,I chop them in the tin using scissors,pore these over ,add a cup or so of water cook and stir for 5 mins ,add the cooked wings . season with 1 Knorr chicken cube . Let this cook hot boil for 10 mins and serve .
