I got a PM asking if I knew anything about the rooms and was given a link to the following post on gaybuttonthai.com
All I know it as stated, it is opposite the Mosaik and in the middle of the developing fourth gay area ,the daynight area.

Flamingo Hotel, which in past years has been a favourite of readers of GayButtonthai, has just re-opened after being renovated. Located at 20/182 Soi Day-Night 2 off South Pattaya Road, it is next to Salt and Pepper Restaurant and opposite Mosaik Apartments. The manager is Khun Oui; she pronounces her name "oo-ee". Her mobile phone # is 081-3092133. E-mail: oui_jeera@hotmail.com. No website (yet).
